Look at those gorgeous feet! Finally made iy under 160 and with a vengence.
Feeling pretty happy about my weigh in this week. Played it good over my birthday and Thanksgiving and ran a couple of calorie deficits this week.
I am now within 15 pounds if my 143 pound goal. I think that once I hit that mark if I choose to drop to the 135 to 138 mark, I will just take it slow. Maintenance calories at 143 should pop up to about 1750 calories so if run the 1400 to 1500 range should be able to get ultimately to that weight.

Correction correction
My scale seems to lie to me....I hopped on and it said 159.8 which would be sooooo awesome but then grabbed my camera and it showed 160.8....oh well....next weigh in will break the 160 mark. So total loss is recorded at 77.2 pounds which means that I am only 17.8 pounds from my goal/ideal weight and 22.8 from my stretch goal. Woot woot!
Evidence!
So here it is! This marks a loss of 76.6 pounds lost so far.
I am so proud of myself for doing this and how I have developed some great habits and a love of food and cooking. This is realy sustainable and I am kicking myself for not doung it sooner.
Yesterday, I spent the majority of my afternoon cleaning out things from my closet and made a lot of room for new. I had some really mixed feelings as I felt really good but was also saying goodbye to some of my suits and dresses that I really loved. I think part of me is a bit worried that I going to get fat again so struggle with ditching the old goods. Its just all part of the process I guess.

It has been awile....but still going strong
Check out my before & after. ..hopefully the pics show up in that order :). The rolly polly photo was taken on Oct 14th 2012 with the thinner gal photo taken in my office on Sept 4th 2013. To date I am down 72.5 pounds and I think that 23 more should do it. I am contemplating doing some toning but am just happy to have energy amd be down to a size 8/10 right now.

Back from Disney
I have not posted in awhile so time for a quick update. Before we left I managed to get down to 184 which is a whoppong 54 pounds!
We were gone for 9 days. The routine was okay and we managed. I had eggs almost everyday which was a changer (egg creations though so easy on the calories and cholesterol). The lunches and dinners were more difficult though always on the hunt for healthy alternatives. Honestly, not that many available. We did hit the Applebee's which offers meals under 550 calories which was pretty decent. The weather was excellent and very hot. Managed to stay away from the tropical drinka but drank alot of beer. There were some good low cal choices most of the time so stuck to the Miller 64 and Bud Select 55 as much as possible.
Feel pretty good so today...first day back....am going to do the weigh in and check out the damage.
I have to say that I felt pretty good about myself when we were away. I looked good and had lots of energy.
Did some good shopping and picked up some nice stuff. At the Dressbarn I was doing some shopping and wandered over to the plus section. The sales lady kindly pulled me back and said that there was definitely nothing over there for me. That was a pretty great feeling.

Spaghetti Squash Boats
Made a delicious low cal and low carb dinner. I used shredded chicken made in the crockpot, made a nice marinara sauce and topped with cheese using a half spaghetti squash as the bowl. Thanks to skinnytaste.com.
While I am at it, just a quick update that I am ay 197 lbs now and feeling pretty good. I still feel that there isnt a huge benefit to toning my body at this point since I still have a healthy layer (unhealthy actually) of fat. I actually did some sit ups during commercials and I am paying for it today. The little bit of cardio definitely did not hurt me though.

Feeling Good!
Slow and steady...that is how it is going. I am 2.5 pounds from the proverbial wonderland (taken from the biggest loser). This takes me to my second goal as I am doing baby steps. I anticipate that I will hit the 200 mark by the end of February, which will account for a 39% achievement and roughly 16.4% total body weight loss. My next goal will be in 15 pound increments.
I have pondered working out, but I have never really enjoyed it. In saying that, working out doesn't mean that I have t go to the gym, but just get out walking and maybe a little dancing.
I have also started with the green coffee bean supplements since the last week, but my average weight loss really hasn't changed, but will try it for three more months and see how it goes. Really just hoping for that extra pound per week so that I can get closer to my desired weight in the summer.
I ma have to mix things up a bit to keep from stagnating by introducing a cheat day. Not eating crappy stuff but just more. The alcohol ma be killing me...generally i like to enjoy a glass of vino or two a night, so may have to cut back to one or none or alternate by having something every second night. I find that I am using alcohol to top up my calories and am generally about 250 calories dear my limit sometimes.
I may try some killer an videos as you tube has its fair share. The extra energy expended and he low time committment may be enough t the trick....can you tell that I am avoiding the typical workouts ;)

Omg! Inches DO matter!
Had a great week and dropped another three pounds which is a huge loss! I am fitting into summer clothes (and I mean easily...not squeezing in and having room to spare). I am definitely not going to be needing those by the time late spring, summer rolls around.
I am weighing in at 206 pounds....very close to completing my second goal.
I have lost a total of 7 inches from my hips and waste.

Is the slump over?
My weight loss has been stagnant over the last couple of weeks losing only 0.2 lbs. Today, I am happy to report that I have dropped 1.2 lbs on this mornings weigh in. I am now at a whopping 209! Not long before I break 200...that is going to be a great feeling.
To date I have also lost 4 inches off of my hips which my pants are really loving since now I have more suits that fit me...in fact...they are even too big for me.
