Made a delicious low cal and low carb dinner. I used shredded chicken made in the crockpot, made a nice marinara sauce and topped with cheese using a half spaghetti squash as the bowl. Thanks to skinnytaste.com.
While I am at it, just a quick update that I am ay 197 lbs now and feeling pretty good. I still feel that there isnt a huge benefit to toning my body at this point since I still have a healthy layer (unhealthy actually) of fat. I actually did some sit ups during commercials and I am paying for it today. The little bit of cardio definitely did not hurt me though.
