Feeling Good!

Slow and steady...that is how it is going.  I am 2.5 pounds from the proverbial wonderland (taken from the biggest loser).  This takes me to my second goal as I am doing baby steps.  I anticipate that I will hit the 200 mark by the end of February, which will account for a 39% achievement and roughly 16.4% total body weight loss.  My next goal will be in 15 pound increments. 

I have pondered working out, but I have never really enjoyed it.  In saying that, working out doesn't mean that I have t go to the gym, but just get out walking and maybe a little dancing. 

I have also started with the green coffee bean supplements since the last week, but my average weight loss really hasn't changed, but will try it for three more months and see how it goes.  Really just hoping for that extra pound per week so that I can get closer to my desired weight in the summer. 

I ma have to mix things up a bit to keep from stagnating by introducing a cheat day.  Not eating crappy stuff but just more.  The alcohol ma be killing me...generally i like to enjoy a glass of vino or two a night, so may have to cut back to one or none or alternate by having something every second night.   I find that I am using alcohol to top up my calories and am generally about 250 calories dear my limit sometimes.

I may try some killer an videos as you tube has its fair share.  The extra energy expended and he low time committment may be enough t the trick....can you tell that I am avoiding the typical workouts ;)
